30 Day Hunger Games Challenge: Day 1

Your Favorite Character

I really very much love/enjoy all of the characters (villains excluded).  I think I’m going to have to go with President Snow.  Now, before you throw handfuls of Mockingjay pins at me angrily, let me explain.

One day, many weeks before The Hunger Games premiere, my friend brought The Hunger Games Official Illustrated Movie Companion to our lunch table.  When she passed it to me, I immediately flipped to the actors/actresses section.  I was disappointed upon seeing President Snow.  He didn’t seem evil enough (I was so wrong.  Donald Sutherland was a terrific President Snow!) in the still.  I said, “That’s not President Snow.”  Then I passed it to another friend of mine, who starting flipping through the book randomly.  She pointed at everything she saw (including a poodle that had been dyed pink), “That’s President Snow!” Thus, my friends and I developed the theory that everyone/everything/everywhere is President Snow.

So, in order to wheedle out of choosing one character, I chose them all.

Also, I chose Buttercup because Mark Oshiro has made him awesome.
